Bienvenus!

Welcome dear ART-IN FRANCE students,

Here is one of our cyber homes during our visit in la douce France.

Please post personal cultural narratives here and any images that you find lovely
curious and/or compelling or information on fashion shows, art, dance, performance, music and magic unique to Paris.

À bientôt !

  1. Pastel Pencils are intensely colored chalks in wood like a fat pencil. I got a bunch of these because I think they will color and travel well in France. I typically take a small container of gloss medium in order to cover and save the drawings when I get back to the apartment. I prefer dark paper but a light journal would be alright as well. It looks like we will be drawing or painting! Get ready!

  3. Cave paintings as animations - a possible motivation for extra legs, heads, or tails.

  4. I got good journals at Barnes & Noble under the name Moleskins. They open wide, are not too thick so you can carry just one. Some have lines, some are unlined. Packet of 3 8x10 (fits in my purse) are $19.
